The West Virginia Interagency Coordination Tool (WVICT) is a conservation planning tool that allows NRCS planners to receive avoidance measures and potential impacts (both beneficial and adverse) to federally Threatened, Endangered or Candidate species including eagles through an Endangered Species Act programmatic agreement.
